Bijon Projects is an independent clothing brand based in Singapore.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform through which our products and services are offered.
USING OUR WEBSITE
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the website or the rights of others.

Garments may also have reasonable variations arising from manufacturing processes, washed finishes, pigment treatments, distressing or other design techniques described on the relevant product page.
Product measurements are approximate and may have reasonable production tolerances.
We may change product descriptions, specifications or availability where necessary, provided this does not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on our website or selected for your market.
The final amount charged may be affected by currency conversion performed by your bank, card issuer, payment provider or Shopify where applicable.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be accepted for fulfilment.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, product and shipping prices do not include destination country import duties, customs fees or similar charges collected by a government authority, carrier or other third party.
ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee that every item can be fulfilled.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, information or pricing is clearly incorrect, payment cannot be verified, we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or fulfilling the order would breach applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and no goods are supplied, the relevant amount will be refunded.
If you notice an error in an order you have placed, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after packing or dispatch has begun.
PREORDERS
Certain Bijon Projects products may be offered for preorder before they are ready to dispatch.
Estimated fulfilment dates are provided in good faith based on the information available to us at the time. Production, quality control, freight, customs and other factors may cause those estimates to change.
The fulfilment estimate shown on the relevant product page or PREORDER DETAILS section is the most current estimate for that item and takes priority over a general estimate shown elsewhere.

If an order contains both an in stock item and a preorder item, the full order will normally ship together once the preorder item is ready unless separate shipping arrangements are agreed before dispatch.
Additional shipping charges may apply to a requested separate shipment.
Nothing in these preorder terms removes any cancellation, refund or other consumer right that applies under mandatory law.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Once a shipment has been handed to a carrier, delivery may be affected by customs processing, weather, carrier disruption, remote delivery locations and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for responding to reasonable requests from the carrier or customs authority where required for delivery.
DUTIES, TAXES AND IMPORT FEES
Unless expressly stated at checkout, Bijon Projects does not collect destination country import duties, VAT, GST, customs charges or similar import fees.
These amounts are determined by the destination country's authorities and may be collected by customs or the carrier before delivery.
The customer is responsible for applicable import charges unless the law that applies to the purchase requires otherwise.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, refunds, faulty items and order issues are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
The Tennyson Signature Canvas Jacket is currently the only product covered by Bijon Projects' voluntary 30 Day Return Guarantee. The 30 day period begins when the jacket is delivered, including for preorder purchases.

Nothing in these Terms, our Refund Policy or the voluntary return guarantee limits a consumer remedy or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the content created for Bijon Projects and displayed through this website, including original garment designs, photography, graphics, branding, written material, website content and other creative work, belongs to Bijon Projects or is used with permission.
You may not reproduce, commercially exploit, distribute or use our original content in a way that infringes our rights without permission.
References, commentary or inspiration relating to third party fictional works remain the property of their respective rights holders. Bijon Projects does not claim ownership of third party intellectual property merely because it is discussed or referenced on our website.
REVIEWS AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
If you voluntarily provide a review, photograph, comment or other content for publication, you confirm that you have the right to provide that material.
Where you give us permission to feature that content, we may display it in connection with Bijon Projects and our products in accordance with the permission you provide.
