All Bijon Projects orders are shipped from Singapore.

Processing times

In stock orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

During launches, sales, public holidays or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. If there is a material delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an update.

Delivery

For orders within Singapore, delivery typically takes approximately 2 to 8 business days after dispatch.

International delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs clearance and local conditions. The shipping service available at checkout and the carrier tracking provided after dispatch should be used as the most current delivery estimate. Most international orders are sent using an express carrier service where available.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, weather, carrier disruptions and remote destinations may cause delays after an order has left us.

Preorders

Preorder products are made or secured ahead of their expected arrival. The estimated fulfilment timing shown on the relevant product page or PREORDER DETAILS section is the most current estimate for that item and takes priority over any general estimate.

Production and freight timelines can change. Available production updates will be posted on our Status page.

If an order contains both an in stock item and a preorder item, the full order will ship together when the preorder item is ready unless we agree to separate shipping arrangements with you before dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply if you request separate shipments.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering. A preorder estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Remote area delivery

Some postal codes are classified by DHL or another carrier as remote or extended delivery areas. These locations may incur a carrier remote area surcharge that cannot always be identified at the time of checkout.

If a remote area surcharge applies and was not already included in the shipping amount paid at checkout, we will contact you before dispatch with the additional carrier charge. We will not collect that additional amount without your approval.

If you do not wish to pay an additional remote area charge, you may cancel the unfulfilled order and receive a refund of the amount paid for that order, subject to any rights or obligations that apply under applicable law.

Duties, taxes and import fees

Unless expressly stated at checkout, Bijon Projects does not collect import duties, VAT, GST, customs charges or other destination country import fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country’s authorities and may be payable before a shipment is released or delivered. Customers are responsible for applicable import charges imposed by their local authorities unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If a customer refuses to pay required import charges, the parcel may be returned, held or disposed of by the carrier or customs authority. Original shipping charges and charges incurred because of a refused shipment may be deducted from any refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Addresses and tracking

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.

Once tracking is issued, customers should monitor the shipment and respond to carrier or customs requests where required.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
