30 DAY RETURN GUARANTEE: TENNYSON SIGNATURE CANVAS JACKET
At this time, the Tennyson Signature Canvas Jacket is the only product covered by Bijon Projects' voluntary 30 Day Return Guarantee.
A return request under this guarantee must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery. For preorder purchases, the return period begins when the jacket is delivered, not when the preorder is placed.
The jacket must meet the eligibility and condition requirements set out in the full guarantee.

This voluntary guarantee does not limit any rights that may apply to other products under applicable consumer law.
CHANGE OF MIND
Except where a product page or written Bijon Projects policy expressly provides a voluntary return guarantee, including the Tennyson Signature Canvas Jacket guarantee above, Bijon Projects does not generally accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or a change in personal preference unless applicable law gives you that right.
Please review the product description, measurements and size guide carefully before placing your order.
Where applicable consumer law gives you a mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or return right, we will honour that right.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, materially different from its description, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant.
For damage that appears to have occurred during delivery, we recommend contacting us within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can investigate the issue promptly with the carrier.
This 7 day request does not reduce or replace any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, a reduction in price or a refund. We may ask for reasonable evidence of the issue and, where appropriate, for the item to be returned before a remedy is completed.
STATUTORY CANCELLATION OR WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
Customers in certain jurisdictions may have a legal right to cancel an eligible online or distance purchase within a specified period.
If such a right applies to your purchase, please contact us before returning the item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Unless applicable law or the circumstances require otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning an item where the return is made under a change of mind or statutory withdrawal right.
Items should only be handled to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect them. Any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary may be treated in accordance with applicable law.
PREORDERS
Preorder products are made or secured ahead of their expected arrival. Any fulfilment date shown on a product page or within its PREORDER DETAILS section is an estimate and may change because of production, quality control, freight, customs or other delays.
A change to an estimated fulfilment date does not remove any cancellation, refund or other rights that you may have under applicable law.
If you wish to request cancellation of an unfulfilled preorder, please contact us as early as possible. We will assess the request based on the order status, the product terms and any applicable legal rights.
For the Tennyson Signature Canvas Jacket, the voluntary 30 day return period begins on delivery. It does not begin when the preorder is placed.

CONDITION OF DISCRETIONARY RETURNS
If Bijon Projects agrees to a discretionary return that is not otherwise required by law, the item must be unworn, unused and returned in its original condition with its original tags and packaging where applicable. Where a Bijon Projects return tag or security tag is supplied, it must remain attached and intact.
Items damaged through misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, accidental damage or unauthorised alteration are not considered manufacturing defects.
IMPORT CHARGES AND REFUSED DELIVERIES
Import duties, taxes, customs charges and other fees paid directly to a government authority, carrier or other third party are outside the control of Bijon Projects and are generally not refundable by us unless required by applicable law.
If a shipment is refused because required import charges are not paid, the parcel may be returned, held or disposed of by the carrier or customs authority.
If the parcel is returned to us, any refund may be reduced by original shipping charges, return shipping charges, carrier fees, customs costs or other amounts actually incurred by us and not recoverable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase unless another method is required by law or agreed with you.
Once a refund has been issued by us, the time taken for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
Where applicable law requires the refund of standard outbound delivery charges or other amounts, those amounts will be handled in accordance with the applicable statutory rules.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or limits any guarantee, cancellation right, remedy or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
If this policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer law that applies to your purchase, that mandatory law will prevail.
